Dates are used as a natural sweetener and bind everything together. They are great source of Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc.

Chicory Root Fibre
This acts as a binder and helps all our ingredients stick together. It's extracted from the plant Chicory Root and it aids in gut health as it's full of prebiotics and high in fibre too!

Pea Protein
Contains all the essential amino acids our bodies can’t make on their own. Plus it's rich in iron, good for heart health, keeps you full for longer and easily digestible.

Cashews
Sowd Protein Bars contain cashew nibs and butter. The Cashew butter gives the bar a creamy texture while the nibs add a slight crunch! Cashews are rich in healthy fats and a great source of protein and vitamin E.

Cocoa Butter
We use cocoa butter in our bars to give the bar a smooth and creamy texture! Cocoa butter is a great source of Zinc, Iron and Magnesium as well as being rich in healthy fats.
